Welcome to the Meditation Room.
How to use the room:
Find a comfortable seat or lie down. Take a moment to settle—soften the shoulders, release any tension in the jaw, and let your breath become natural.
Select a meditation and press play.
Adjust volume to a comfortable level—soft enough to be calming, loud enough to follow guidance.
Guidelines:
This space is for mindful practice. Keep conversations to a minimum.
Respect others’ silence and personal space.
If you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable at any time, stop the practice and sit quietly or leave the room.
When you finish: Take three slow, intentional breaths before returning to your day. Notice how you feel—more grounded, alert, or relaxed—and carry that awareness with you.
